As the Senior Ticketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-volume, complex ticketing programs across Untitled Group’s live events portfolio. Responsible for translating ticketing strategy into high-quality execution across planning, on-sale, live delivery, forecasting, analysis and post-event reporting, our Senior Ticketing Manager will be a critical leader across the Ticketing function.

Working closely with the Head of Ticketing to drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement and team sustainability, this role will require you to have sound judgement and accountability in a faced paced environment. You’ll be focused on on high-quality results, helping to shape and enhance the overall ticketing function across the business.

Please note, this role requires flexibility including out of business hours work, weekend work and travel, aligned to live event delivery.

  • 5+ years of experience in senior ticketing or live event delivery roles.
  • Proven experience delivering high-volume, complex ticketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems, access control and onsite operations.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder and delivery timelines.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and accountability in live environments.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborative, solutions‑focused and delivery‑oriented.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll want to raise the bar with this role, be solutions focussed and look for ways to maximise efficiency. We encourage new ideas and innovations.
  • Collaborating with the ticketing team, including workload planning, to ensure smooth daily operations and sustainable workloads.
  • Coaching and providing leadership to junior team members, identifying opportunities for development.
  • Providing key insights, updates and support to the Head of Ticketing, through reliable execution and problem-solving.
  • Managing ticketing delivery and on-sale execution.
  • Leading live event and onsite operational support.
  • Ensuring ticketing delivery is accurate, compliant, scalable and sustainable.
  • Undertaking reporting and analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborating and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
