As our Social Media Manager at Untitled Group, you set the standard for what great connection with our community looks like and you are constantly pushing it forward.

You get trends and you're obsessed with staying in front of culture — you spot them early and you know how to make them 'Untitled'. You have a sharp creative instinct, deep platform fluency (especially TikTok and Instagram) and a clear point of view on what cuts through versus what gets ignored.

You’re equal parts creative and operator. You can ideate viral, platform-native content, then build the structure and workflows required to deliver it consistently across multiple campaigns, festivals and tours. You’re confident making creative calls at speed. You know when to move fast, when to hold the line on quality, and how to balance planned content with reactive moments that matter.

You enjoy leading people and building capability. Whether it’s content creators, internal teams or external collaborators, you know how to communicate clearly and you set a high bar for output.

Most importantly, you care about making work that people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

You’ll ideally have 3–5+ years experience in social media or content, with a strong portfolio of high-performing or viral content. Experience in music, events or entertainment is a big plus.
