We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Ticketing Manager to support Untitled Group’s ticketing team in managing all operational ticketing activity across our events and tours. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate ticket builds, compliance with venue and partner requirements, and delivering a seamless patron experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong analytical skills to support ticketing strategies that maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee ticketing builds, allocations, and trends, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimise pricing strategies, sales, and distribution channels. You will be working across festivals and touring, with a key focus on managing VIP ticketing and delivering excellent customer service to both patrons and stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who is data-driven and highly organised.

About you

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-4 years experience in a ticketing role & ticketing operations delivery across festivals and/or touring.
  • Experience in managing ticketing platforms and reporting, as well as data analysis and trend identification.
  • Strong experience in optimising pricing strategies and driving revenue through promotions campaigns, and discounts.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with workflow management systems like Monday.com.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing competing deadlines, and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for music, live events, and festival culture.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate builds, holds, and allocations within ticketing platforms.
  • Managing ticketing delivery across festivals and tours, from onsales to onsite delivery & settlements
  • Analysing ticketing data and trends to inform decision-making, optimise pricing strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Delivering strategies to maximise ticket sales and revenue generation, such as promotional campaigns, discounts, and upselling opportunities.
  • Tracking ticket sales, event performance, and customer feedback for review and strategic planning.
  • Seamlessly fitting in with the ticketing team, working across both festivals and touring in both day-to-day ticketing & event delivery.
  • Communicating with ticketing partners, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate promotional efforts.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance ticket distribution channels and expand market reach.
  • Managing and assisting with VIP ticketing and delivery.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating complimentary ticket & accreditation allocations.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Ticketing.
