We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Ticketing Administrator to support Untitled Group’s ticketing team in delivering accurate, reliable, and timely reporting across all events. In this 6-month contract role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and up-to-date data, preparing sales and onsale reports, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams, including partnerships, touring, marketing, and operations. You will also support the team with onsite event tasks such as box office assistance and ingress coordination when needed.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and is proactive in streamlining processes and improving reporting accuracy. You must be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders, from event staff to senior management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, highly organised, and eager to contribute to the success of Untitled Group’s events.

About you

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in ticketing systems & reporting, data entry, or administrative support.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of event operations and ticketing systems.
  • Familiar with workflow management systems like Monday.com

Responsibilities
    • Maintaining consistent reporting sales documents across all events.
    • Preparing daily sales snapshots for festivals and major events.
    • Managing data entry, reconciliation, and backlog tidy-ups.
    • Preparing clear and consistent reporting for the Ticketing team and internal departments.
    • Support end-of-event settlement preparation, documentation & storage.
    • Supporting with customer service for ticketing queries.
    • Supporting onsite ticketing coordination including box office & ingress management during on event days.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to ticketing, data protection and customer privacy.
    • Staying updated on industry trends, innovations and emerging technologies in ticketing management.
