Tour Operations & Delivery

• Lead and support tour planning and delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences for artists and audiences
• Oversee advancing logistics across travel, accommodation, transport, venues, suppliers and production
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational issues, schedule changes and artist or venue requirements
• Ensure contracts, permits, licences, insurance and operational approvals are in place
• Keep itineraries, confirmations and tour documentation accurate, complete and communicated on time
• Provide selected on-ground support where required

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage and develop Tour Operators and Tour Coordinators
• Build team capability across budgets, planning, stakeholder management and on-ground delivery
• Lead regular check-ins, workflow reviews and performance conversations
• Set clear expectations, support accountability and address capability gaps
• Work with the Head of Touring to build a capable, collaborative and solutions-focused team

Planning & Coordination

• Review the tour pipeline, allocate work, cover gaps and manage team capacity through delivery peaks
• Establish clear responsibilities and timelines across tours
• Coordinate workflows across promoters, ticketing, production, marketing, finance, legal and external stakeholders
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and keep delivery on track
• Improve systems and processes to support efficient and scalable operations

Budgeting & Commercial Performance

• Build budget capability across the Touring team, covering assumptions, cost drivers, pricing, inventory and profitability
• Allocate incoming budget builds across the team to keep work moving
• Support budget management, resource allocation, contract negotiations and commercial decisions
• Monitor ticket sales, inventory and tour performance to find opportunities to lift revenue and profitability
• Work with the Tour Accountants on financial tracking, documentation and settlement
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters, artists, agents, venues and suppliers
