As the Head of Touring Operations at Untitled Group, you’re a commercially minded leader who knows what it takes to deliver headline tours at volume. You understand every moving part of a tour, from pricing and on-sale through to production, event night and settlement, and you enjoy building the people, processes and systems that make it all run smoothly.
Reporting to the Director of Touring as their second-in-charge, you’ll set the operating model for touring across the group. You’ll lead the Tour Operations team in partnership with our Promoters, manage our pipeline and work alongside other Heads of Department to ensure consistency and continuity across the business. With exceptional leadership presence and a composed approach under pressure, you’ll step in for the Director when needed and keep the department moving.
