X CLUB. announce two big warehouse raves in Australia this June

Via Beat

X CLUB. look to put the 'house' in Aussie warehouses this June, promoting their new label Hide the Junk with shows in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Save the rave date! Aussie favourites X CLUB. are poised to descend upon Melbourne and Sydney for a pair of shows that promise to rock the rooves off their respective warehouses.

Coming in hot off the release of their latest EP Wrestling With New Technique, X CLUB. will showcase all their new label Hide the Junk has to offer, and they’re bringing some heavy-hitting friends to help them do it.

X CLUB. 2024 Warehouse Shows

  • Friday, June 7 – PICA, Melbourne.
  • Saturday, June 8 – Carriageworks, Sydney.

Joining X CLUB. in their venture down under are international buddies SPFDJ flying in from Sweden and Shampain in from Ireland, not to mention the local talent in Fukhead & Crybaby. There’s no rave like a global rave.

X CLUB.’s latest EP has been released via their own label, Hide the Junk, launched last year. These warehouse shows will be X CLUB.’s first opportunity to showcase Hide the Junk to Australian audiences, and there couldn’t be more appropriate venues.

Melbourne’s PICA, or Port Melbourne Industrial Centre for the Arts promises a vast space for the party people of Australia’s live-music capital, and Sydney’s Carriageworks has already carved out a name for itself as one of Australia’s premier contemporary art spaces. X CLUB. couldn’t have picked better spots, so get ready to rave!

Their latest EP, Wrestling With New Technique is a four-track effort that consolidates the group’s ability to transcend decades of house. Calling on influence from the 90s techno scene, the duo forms a dynamic experience that blurs the lines between the past and future of the genre.

Wrestling With New Technique does exactly what its title promises, creating an experience that must be seen to be understood. Luckily, you’ll be able to do just that this June.
