Grapevine Gathering 2019 line-up
June 5, 2019

This line-up drop has bold flavours of Irish indie rock, with robust notes of electronic music and a silky Aussie music aftertaste (goes great with lamb).

Combining live music and wine, Grapevine Gathering heavily hinted that Two Door Cinema Club would be headlining, and now they’ve confirmed it by popping the cork on their full 2019 line-up.

The Irish trio will be brining the classics and tunes from their new album False Alarm for their first Australian shows since 2017. Joining them at the festival will be Flight Facilities, who say they’ll bring “our friends and collaborators along for the ride”, recent Feature Album stars Crooked Colours, pop sensation Mallrat, and fresh from a Savage Like A Version, Jack River.

Rounding out the bill will be boss vocalist Kira Puru, slick sounds from Touch Sensitive and Late Nite Tuff Guy, and an exclusive set for WA festival-goers from Unearthed High graduate Arno Faraji. Scope all the details below.

Following the success of expanding to NSW with last year’s sold out event, the festival is extending its vines to Western Australia this year. Grapevine will take over Sandalford winery’s vineyard and amphitheatre, situated on the doorstep of the scenic Swan Velley, just 25 minutes from the Perth CBD. The event is also getting a brand new site in Victoria, fittingly called the Grapevine Estate.

Tickets for the event are up for grabs Wednesday 12 June, 12pm AEST but there’s a presale happening later today. More info at the Grapvine website.

Grapevine is presented by the Untitled Group, who are the same team behind Victoria’s NYE party Beyond The Valley, electronic music festival Pitch, and Dylan Alcott’s Ability Fest.
