The role of Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partnerships within their portfolio (commercial account management) and by seeking and commercialising new and existing partnership opportunities. The role will be responsible for identifying potential partners, executing partnership agreements, and nurturing relationships to support operations and enhance stronger commercial outcomes for United Group, including its festivals and events.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, our Senior Partnerships Manager will drive partnerships strategy and oversee relationships to maximise value and growth in key areas of opportunity.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership and sponsorship strategy.
- Identifying and securing high-value partners aligned with brand objectives.
- Contributing to the long-term development of the Partnerships Department.
- Driving revenue growth through partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial opportunities.
- Developing and refining package offerings to ensure revenue generation and delivery of value to partners.
- Monitoring and driving sales performance for your portfolio and tracking revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborating with partners to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
- Acting as the key liaison for major partners, ensuring value delivery and long-term retention.
- Positioning Untitled Group as a premium and innovative partner in the market.
- Overseeing seamless delivery & integration of partnership activations and campaigns across events.
- Ensuring partner deliverables align with brand standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Operations, Finance) to drive operational efficiency and on-ground success.
- Monitoring and tracking the performance of partnerships and commercial activities in your portfolio.
- Developing and maintaining key metrics and KPIs to measure success.
- Preparing reports and presentations to capture performance, revenue, return on investment, and commercial trends.
- Using data and insights to inform decision making and drive continuous growth and improvements.
- Overseeing the development, negotiation, and execution of all partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
- Conducting due diligence on new partners to ensure alignment with company values, brand safety, and governance frameworks.
- Identifying and addressing potential legal or reputational risks within partnership opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Previous Agency experience is highly desirable
- Success in managing corporate partnerships (min 3 years experience)
- Proven success in driving revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and networking capabilities
- Experience in FMCG and the On Premise universe
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in executing and contributing to strategy
- Previous success in relationship and stakeholder management
- Proficiency or attitude in software applications such as Microsoft & monday.com
