The role of Senior Marketing Manager entails driving the success of all Untitled Group related marketing campaigns, and managing direct report/s. Working in a fast paced environment the Senior Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, ideate and implement strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and oversee direct report/s campaigns, with the goal of continuing to build positivity within the marketing team . This can include increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving sales, improving customer retention and creating innovative and inspiring content ideas and campaigns. Overall, this position plays a crucial role in driving business growth for not only our campaigns, but also your direct report/s, through effective campaign planning, execution, and management.
Success in this role relies heavily on strong marketing, management and organisational skills, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:
- Leading the Campaign Manager/s, and overseeing the creation of campaign materials ensuring they are consistent with Untitled’s vision, mission and goals.
- Managing the budget that has been allocated for each campaign, ensuring that materials and resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Working with the team to brainstorm, plan, and develop new campaign ideas to make informed decisions about adjusting campaign strategies and tactics.
- Collaboratively devising strategy and executing campaign rollouts successfully, and monitoring campaign momentum.
- Reporting on campaign results & metrics.
- Digital Marketing - including but not limited to META Ads Manager, Google, Tiktok and Spotify.
- Reacting and acting to ensure optimum sales, CPA, ROI and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Evaluating EDMs and audiences, based on audience management, template creation, monitoring and reporting.
- Ensuring understanding and accountability of actions and timelines on all marketing plans with all appropriate partners through.
- Scheduling social media posts and monitoring ad campaigns for others as well as own campaigns.
- Learning to drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new ideas and testing different approaches.
- Staying informed and adapting your marketing strategies based on emerging opportunities and technologies helping Untitled Group capitalise on industry trends.
- Reinforcing the company's already established brand image and messaging communicating the company's values to maintain Untitled Groups’s strong and recognisable presence in the market.
- Implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assisting in social media efforts to promote events, content marketing, and campaigns.
- Assisting in the creation of graphics for marketing materials.
- Preparing and delivering presentations.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Entertainment Industry (Music Events, Sporting Events, Art Galleries etc);
- Minimum 5-7+ years in Marketing
- Organisation;
