The role of Designer is responsible for various aspects of visual communication and brand representation bringing ideas to life through visually stunning graphics on both digital and print platforms. Success in this role relies upon your contribution to diversify projects with the aim to have a significant impact on how Untitled Group is perceived by its audience and how effectively its messages are conveyed. The job involves working outside regular business hours at times, including weekends, and potential travel.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:
- Developing innovative and visually appealing design concepts for various print & digital marketing materials, including but not limited to, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and OOH campaigns.
- Creating engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Producing high-quality assets that align with project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
- Staying updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
- Having the ability to work within an adaptive manner, managing task priorities within a moment's notice.
- Adapting quickly to changing priorities and project scopes, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Owning the development of projects from inception to completion
- Executing highly detail oriented work to be delivered within project deadlines and budgets.
- Maintaining and adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring that all design outputs maintain a cohesive and professional appearance.
- Providing input and feedback in team discussions, offering valuable insights and constructive critique to foster a collaborative design environment.
- Utilising industry-standard design software to bring concepts to life and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintaining clear and open communication with team members to ensure a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- Staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Staying across what is happening in the industry and others industries, to ensure we are creating unique and leading content.
- Thinking creatively, innovatively and with a unique mindset.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must be proficient in:
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects)
- Figma
- Branding
- Illustration or Experience in 2D or 3D (Cinema 4D & Redshift) motion design
- Art Direction
- Merchandise Design
- Must be able to work across both print & digital mediums.
- Bonus: Design Related to Event Branding
